The Guardian's Resting Place

Dearly loved friends,

As you know, the eagle on the top of the pillar at the Guardian's resting place was stolen some time ago and the globe on which it stood knocked to the ground. Today, for safety, the Corinthian capital which held up the globe has been moved into a secure storage space pending the restoration of the site.

Please let the friends who are not on email know this, as those who visit the Guardian's resting place might think that the capital too has been stolen and we wish to reassure everyone on this point.

With loving greetings,

National Spiritual Assembly
Dr Wendi Momen, Assistant Secretary
National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the UK
