Racial Unity

Metro Detroit could use more of it. And it'll be here next week.
Nine Bahai runners will hit Flat Rock Monday in their run across country to emphasize racial and ethnic harmony.
They started in Seattle May 28, and a public reception is planned a 6 p.m. Monday at Bishop Park on the Detroit River in Wyandotte.
Bahai teach the unity of mankind.
When you think about it, most of us are probably people of good will. But when it comes to race, a few in each race find comfort in promoting discord. I'm not sure why we let them get away with it.
Anyway, the Bahai outline one path toward harmony.
