Interfaith Thanksgiving service
Temple Beth Shalom will host an interfaith Thanksgiving service Thursday
at 10 a.m. Hundreds of people from a variety of faith communities are
expected to attend the annual event, which is sponsored by the Spokane
Council of Ecumenical Ministries.
The featured speaker this year is Ferris Paisano, a member of the Nez
Perce tribe and the Baha'i Faith. He will speak on "Circle of Healing."
The offering will be shared between the council and the Second Harvest
Food Bank. Canned goods will also be accepted. The temple is located
at 1322 E. 30th.
