Baha'is to hold open house

Hal Larsen, a member of the Santa Fe Bahi'i community, has invited members of the city's Ministerial Alliance, to an open house beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, at his home at 1234 Camino Cruz Blanca. It will be an opportunity, Larsen said, for many friends to learn more about the Baha'i faith. The public also is invited.

Special guest will be Ladjemayah, a singer and speaker from Denver.

Larson said there will be special music by Farzad Khozein, noted composer and concert violinist. Refreshments will be served. The event is free. No collection kind will be taken or accepted at Bahi'i meetings.

Larson said that the Baha'i faith, its followers believe, fulfills the forecasts of the Bible and other holy books for the return of Christ, Muhammad, the Buddha and other past spiritual founders of the world's religions. Those who accept the Baha'i faith don't give up their beliefs, they complete their faith by accepting the next stage in its development.
