For information: 738-5683. Peace forum at State Capitol Humanity United Globally will hold a three-part Forum Series at the State Capitol auditorium 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 9 and Nov. 16. The topic is "Waging Peace Confronting the Global Crisis in Human Conflict." Speakers include Peter Carlisle, city prosecutor; the Rev. Ted Robinson, senior minister at Central Union Church; and Majid Tehranian, director of the Toda Institute for Global Peace and Policy Research.
