Clergy Members to Gather for Thanksgiving Interfaith Service
Clergy representing a variety of religious groups will participate in the National Conference for Community and Justice's 13th annual
Thanksgiving Interfaith Service on Nov. 24, at the Cathedral of the Madeleine (331 E. South Temple).
The free service will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a welcome from Utah Catholic Bishop George Niederauer.
It will include readings from the Calvary Baptist Church, Congregation Kol Ami, the Episcopal Church, the Buddhist community, the Baha'i
Faith, the American Indian Spirituality Faith, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Society of Krishna Consciousness.
Tariq Kergaye of the Islamic Society will give the featured presentation and the Salt Lake Men's Choir will perform.
