Dear Dan,
I'm afraid that there's not all that much written on this topic yet. Scholarship on the Baha'i Faith thus far has tended to focus mostly on history or on scripture.
One place you might wish to start is http://bahai-library.com/books/rg/rg.biblio12.html#42 . This resource guide lists all the scholarly books of note, up through 1998. There are also two good books by Ruhi Afnan on Baha'i philosophy, "The Revelation of Baha'u'llah and the B?: Book I: Descartes' Theory of Knowledge" and "Baha'u'llah and the Bab Confront Modern Thinkers: Book II: Spinoza: Concerning God." However, these are out of print and there is almost no chance of your finding either (save possibly through inter-library loan, and even then it'd be a stroke of luck). Nor do I have them in etext.
Good luck! And if you have specific research questions in philosophy, let me know and I'll see if I can help.
