You can search the UN site at http://www.un.org/search/ and search using the string "Iran Baha'i". When I did this, I got 53 returns.

The U.S. Department of State Annual Report on International Religious Freedom (International Religious Freedom Act of 1998) is at:
http://www.state.gov/www/global/human_rights/irf/irf_rpt/index.html

You can find many U.S. Congressional resolutions and such at the Gov't Printing Office (GPO) site http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/aces/aaces002.html, and running a search using the string "Iran AND Baha'i AND resolution".

Hope this helps (I understand, I'm a student too). Have fun!
