In "Memorials of the Faithful" ', in the chapter on Darvish Sidq-'Ali, 'Abdu'l-Baha mentions that Baha'u'llah proclaimed a special night for dervishes, to be observed annually, and to be set in a flower garden.

What was the date of this special night? Is it observed anywhere today?
