Another thing to consider is the Faith's general appeal for moderation in all things. We may presume this includes one's dress and appearance relative to the social norms we find ourselves in. At the same time, Baha'is do not believe in nudism or other immoderate dress (or lack of) in any social atmosphere
Also, the Faith calls upon the believer to act in a way which does not cause contention; nor are we to be discourteous.
