Some of the biographical information can be found in such Baha'i periodicals as Baha'i News, The American Baha'i, and other such news organs, etc. Usually this kind of information appeared when a member of the UHJ was elected, retired, or an obituary was written in these periodicals. But I would suggest as a start simply e-mailing the Baha'i World Center and asking your questions. Good luck on your search.
