I just thought it would be interesting to everyone. Shoghi Effendi was 1/32th part Indian (Indian royalty no less). Munirih Khanum (`Abdu'l-Baha's wife) had a great grandfather who traveled or lived in India for sometime - his name was Siyyid Muhammad-i-Hindi. This man married a daughter of an Indian royal family and thus acquired great riches. That makes Munirih Khanum 1/8th Indian. I have included a family tree (ancestor tree) for Shoghi Effendi to show the relationship. I just thought it would be interesting to share what some of my research into the geneaology of the Holy Family has turned up. I'd appreciate any questions or comments!
