I have no problem believing that the reason many of Baha'u'llah's mystical writings have not been translated is due to the difficulty of rendering them in different languages. A perusal of "The Revelation of Baha'u'llah" is sufficient proof to me that the Writings are available for research or other purposes, even if they haven't been translated into English.
