The Tablets of the Divine Plan were first published in Star of the West. The particular Star of the West that dealt with the country of British Honduras (i.e. Belize) is In Star of the West Volume 10, No. 15, pages 280-282, dated April 8, 1916, translated by Mirza Ahmad Sohrab in Washington , D.C., April 4, 1919, and and revealed the the Baha'is at the Sixth Session of the Eleventh Annual Mashrekol-Azkar Converntion and Baha'i Congress held at Hotel McAlpin in New York City, April 26-30, 1919.

The Tablet from Star of the West uses BOTH terms:

"....and the seventh country Belize or British Honduras."

Sohrab published these Tablets separately in two different books besides their appearance in Star of the West. The Baha'i Publishing people published them under other titles as well, including "America's Spiritual Mission".
