Thanks for your elaboration and agreement. It seems, however, even judging from your comments, that collusion in falsehood, while contrary to Law, is justified in the minds of those who commmit it for many reasons, and LSAs, made up of "lay persons" would be belpless to stop it. The fact that two ind. witnesses are required is irrelevant, since the witnesses pre-sought, are themselves, sympathetic to the need for divorce and collude in the name of a "the end justifies the means".
