There are in most countries laws prohibiting such pratices, even if between consenting adults, inasmuch as drawing blood is considered to fall under laws dealing with the practice of medicine. As such, since the Baha'i Faith teaches obediance to civil laws, this practice is forbidden unless you are a licensed physician and are drawing blood for legitimate medical purposes.
