Dear Friends:
I have searched the writings for explicit references to the permissibility/morality/etc. of declaring personal bankruptcy without success. I believe that the underlying principles are relatively simple to discern, which could explain why there is nothing explicit in the writings, but I also wonder if I may have missed something. Does anyone know of any explicit references?
Thanks
