I was ONLY asking in relation to the Indian population AS REGARDS their practise of Bahai, not their numbers, even tho, as we can see from your post, there is a legitimate debate about the numbers. Moreover, as much as I have expressed "modern and liberal" views that some of my fellow Baha'is dislike, I consider any number of genuine Baha'is more meaningful than 1.2 billion muslims or 2 billion catholics or ten million jews, etc...

I like to use the paraochial example, "give me twelve "disciples" and we will conquer the world. If we could have twelve absolutely perfect Baha'is we would win the hearts and minds of the world. We do not have twelve perfect Baha'is.

But we do number sufficient millions that out of this pool shall come the nine or the twelve or enough such that we shall eventually be the vanguard of the Greater Peace.
