Thanks Brett
If I could be specific, I was told that a reading from "tablets of Baha'u'llah. P.101 (which reads exactly like a prayer to me) was NOT a prayer, so couldn't be said at the opening part of the devotional part (begins..."Praise be unto God, incomparable in majesty, power and beauty....").

Is this right or not ??? Is a tablet a prayer? Is there some definition of a prayer ? (or does "prayer" simply mean a reading drawn from a "prayer" book, in this context).

I hope I don't sound pedantic but in my particular community is seems to be an issue, so I'm trying to establish the truth of the situation and move on.
