In some US cities there are mosques in which they teach Arabic classes. I assume that the emphasis is on acquiring the ability to read the Qur'an, rather than on conversational Arabic. You might call the nearest mosque and ask about this (but be aware that this will probably get you tagged by the government as a potential terrorist if you live in the US).
