The idea that all the prophets are, in a spiritual sense, sons of God is a Baha'i interpretation; whether using messenger, son, manifestation or any other term that reflects the emissary nature of one of the Prophets, the fact is, for a Catholic, Jesus is the Son of God in a corporeal sense just as the pope is God's representative on Earth. To re-interpret "Son of God" as we do does no service to our cause - it alienates.

There is no contradiction between accepting a Catholic view that Jesus was the son of God and Bahaullah is the most recent (and greatest) manifestation. One should not butt heads with other religions in their designations of their own prophets or original founders. It is neither wise nor necessary.
