I have moved all messages from the previous year to the 2002 archive. Here's a clean slate for 2003.

To ensure a high-quality discussion, and to prevent the bulletin board index page from growing too large to load without crashing browsers, I request that participants limit their postings to no more than 3 per day. I cannot enforce this right now, since the ready-made software I use doesn't have a limiting option, but I expect to learn how to add this feature in a couple months.
