As per the good question posed by anon and Stuart, from my understanding, very few (if any) of the Tablets of Baha'u'llah were prefaced by Him with a title of sorts. However, I do know that many of the more well known Tablets and Books were referred to by standard names by the major figures in the community at the time including Baha'u'llah Himself. I think perhaps the Kitab-i-Iqan is an example, as is the Suryi-i-Haykal.
