Attending a Yoga Class includes breaking Bahai lawsI need to observe that, unless a clear statement from the Writings has been found which says that, it should be regarded as a personal opinion. I know of one Baha'i who is prominent in his community -- a recent member of his LSA, in fact -- who has taught Hatha Yoga, and no-one in his community suggested that he was breaking Baha'i laws by doing so. Perhaps not all Hatha Yoga classes involve prayers to a non-Baha'i-acceptable deity.I'm sure that the book Hinduism and the Baha'i Faith would bring this up, especially if it was forbidden to Baha'is (I checked, "hatha" and "yoga" aren't in the index, so perhaps it's not mentioned here).
I suggest that more searching of the Writings and statements of the House is needed.
