Dr Khan gave a talk recently in Sydney Australia and someone asked him the significance of the paragraph which seems to allude to an immanent increase in freedom of the Baha'is in Iran. He said that this was not a prophecy which was about to be fulfilled but merely a statement of the inevitable.
