I have an old, hand carved, oak rocking chair that was carved by the brother of Marion Jack in New Brunswick Canada.
It's a most unusual chair in that it has inticatly carved goat heads on the back rests and human faces on the ends of the arms. The faces are male/ some facial hair carved in, thick lips and broad noses. On the top of the head is a helmut of some sorts.
My question is; Is that art that relates to the Bahai faith?
Does anyone know where to find information about Marion Jack's family & names?
Any help would be appriciated. I have no idea if Marion's brother was also of Bahai faith but felt it was a place to start.
Thank You,
Mike
