When reading the instructions for the "long obligatory prayer" One finds "raise hands in supplication" etc. Does this
mean raise and lower them, or keep them up during the recitation? Anyone know of any detailed explainations of
obligatory prayer either from the Central Figures, Institutions, or even pilgrim's notes?
