There is a 1977 Booklet published by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States and compiled by the Research Department of The Universal House of Justice. It contains many quotations from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, 'Abdu'l-Baha and Shoghi Effendi, and is entitled, Baha'i Education: A Compilation.
Unfortunately, it is out of print. Fortunately, it is re-printed in Volume I of The Compilation of Compilations! Enjoy!
