This is probably conservative. David Ruhe in 1993 reported "there are more than 21,000 tablets and letters of Baha'u'llah held in the Baha'i Archives"

THe Seven Year Plan 79-86 Statistical Report reported for 1983
that 60,000 documents originals or authenticated copies existed:

Baha'u'llah 15,000
Abdu'l-Baha 27,000
Shoghi Effendi 17,500

I have not seen more recently published figures.
