Hi. I was in the same situation when I was first studying Arabic, and just wanted to *read* the Writings without having to painstakingly look up, calculate, and write in all of the vowel markings! Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck. The official Arabic edition of the Aqdas (1995) has limited tashkil (mostly shaddas), as do some tri-lingual editions of the Hidden Words, but that's all that I've found. I started the ridiculously ambitions project of web-publishing the Aqdas with tashkil and etc. at http://bahai-library.org/provisionals/aqdas , but as you'll see if you take a look I only got about 5% done with the whole project.

Good luck! Let us know if you find anything. -Jonah
