Hi. There are actually quite a few places to buy Baha'i books online.
The most comprehensive list that I know of is the List of Publishing Houses and Journals I did for the Resource Guide, which you can find at http://bahai-library.org/books/rg/rg.publishers.html. This includes links to publishers, distributors, and book trading clubs.
As well, Amazon.com will do an out-of-stock book search of other used bookstores for you for free.
