This text has appeared online in numerous places, including Ocean and bahai-library.net (no relation). These two documents have different errors and so appear to have been scanned or proofread at different times. I reconciled both versions to produce this "critical edition," but it still needs to be checked against the original (e.g. some page numbers are missing), and is only minimally formatted; email me if you know HTML and can help.
