Mrs. Ashton presented to the US NSA the Guardian's overview of the development of the appointed and elected arms of the Administrative Order and their relationship to teaching activities as preparation for the Ten Year Crusade. At the request of the NSA, she wrote up her presentation for the Bahá'í News.
