As a deepening tool, this manual provides an invaluable benefit to the friends as they gain more knowledge and a deeper understanding and appreciation for the spiritual nature of giving. As a reference tool, it is meant to be read and used by both the Spiritual Assembly or registered Bahá'í Group...and by the Treasurer, to whom certain tasks and responsibilities have been delegated by the Assembly .... There are several passages here that have not been published elsewhere..."
