Abstract (from Preface): This book has been written with a view to the needs of missionaries who are in daily contact with Bahá'ís. The need of such a book has long been felt by Christian missionaries working in the Near East, who are daily hampered in their work through ignorance of the history and teaching of Bahá'ísm, due to lack of literature on the subject.
