1928-12-21 passing of Hippolyte Dreyfus-Barney

On December 21, 1928, the National Assembly received the following cablegram
from Shoghi Effendi:
"Baha'u'llah's distinguished, beloved servant Hippolyte Dreyfus-Barney
passed away. Hearts greatly afflicted. Urge holding befitting memorial.(Signed)
Shoghi."
