1931-09-05 to Mrs. Victoria Bedikian

No. 55 - September 1931 - page 5

Dear Baha'i Sister:

Shoghi Effendi wishes me to acknowledge on his behalf the receipt of your

letter dated July 15th, 1931, and to assure you of his profound appreciation of

your continued and precious services to the Cause.

The Guardian was particularly gratified to receive your enclosed letters

addressed to some of the believers encouraging them to endorse the New Plan of

Unified Action recently issued by the National Assembly.

He wishes you, however, to persevere in your efforts and to be wholly

confident in the promises of the Master concerning the ultimate triumph of the

Faith.

We are passing through an age of scepticism and unbelief; but we should not

let our faith lose in its strength or be dimmed by the mischief clouds of

hesitation and doubt.

With the assurance of Shoghi Effendi's best wishes and of his ardent prayers

for your advancement and success.

Yours in His Service,

H. Rabbani.

My dear co-worker:

Your unremitting labors are a great encouragement to me and a source of real

joy. You should continue, with undivided attention and undiminished energy, your

historic work of enlisting world-wide support for the New Plan of Unified Action

which I have already heartily endorsed. May the Almighty sustain and bless your

exemplary endeavors.

SHOGHI.
