"Shoghi Effendi hopes that you two, who have come to appreciate the light of
guidance shed so gloriously by Baha'u'llah [Baba'u'llah sic.], will first try and
deepen your knowledge of the teachings and then arise to lend an effective help in
spreading them throughout the world. For it is only with the saving grace of God,
revealed this day through the Baha'i Faith, that the world can hope to be relieved
