"Much relieved, confident supreme continuous effort will be exerted until
entire dome completed ere closing (of) Exposition. On early conclusion this mighty
enterprise must chiefly depend satisfactory solution (of) grave issues confronting
Faith throughout (the) East."

On July 19 the National Spiritual Assembly sent Shoghi Effendi the following cablegram: " Temple work proceeding full schedule without interruption. June appropriation fifteen thousand, July eighteen thousand. All making supreme effort."
