"Shoghi Effendi was very pleased to learn that you have formed an Assembly
and sincerely trusts that it will gradually develop into an important and active
Baha'i center. You have now gone one step farther in the administration of the
Cause. Such a development carries with it both privileges and responsibilities
that are immense. ...Shoghi Effendi will always be with you in spirit and will
offer his prayers on behalf of each one of you, so that God may confirm your
souls, deepen your vision of the Cause and enable you to render His Faith mighty
and imperishable services."
