". . . The new believers should be continually and effectively assisted and guided to deepen their knowledge of the essentials of our Faith, to get in close and direct touch with their local and national representatives, and to participate in the spiritual, the teaching, the administrative, and the humanitarian activities of a constantly evolving Faith. May each one of them grow to become a shining light, of the pillar of the World Order of Baha'u'llah, the basis of which is being established in your land.”
