"Heartily welcome proposal. Additional sacrifices entailed clerestory

In order to make the payments due in March, the National Spiritual Assembly borrowed the sum of $10,000 from the Northern Trust Company, Chicago, which amount must be repaid at the rate of $2.500 every three months with the Guardian's expressed approval, received in the form of the cablegram.
