However, he certainly would not send relief for those whom they are teaching or contacting, as this would seem in the nature of either a reward or an enticement for those attracted to the Faith. [This statement from Haifa was written in response to the question raised at the last National Convention as to whether relief packages should be sent to the European pioneers for distribution to needy non-believers in their vicinity.]
