Dear Bahà’i Sister:
Your letter of April 8th has been received; and, as the beloved Guardian is extremely busy, and has just written to you a short time ago, please consider this in the nature of a Post Script.
He is very happy to hear that you now have nine Bahà’is in the Hague, which no doubt means you have a Spiritual Assembly. He assures you he will pray for the rapid progress of the work there.
