[ response to a cable from the National Spiritual Assembly expressing determination not to make use of the promised respite of three years mentioned by the Guardian in communications setting forth the goals of the Second Seven Year Plan. Culminating in 1953, that Plan was to be followed by a period of three years after which, in 1956, a Third Seven Year Plan would be announced bringing the American Baha'i Community up to the Great Jubilee of 1963.]
