Since I have answered at length in the section above, I merely want to show your bias: your unconsciously write in this post, here, "maidservants", plural. Will you please note that there is no plural in the Kitab-i-Aqdas; Baha u llah speaks about a single maidservant. You turn it into a trio or quartet, maybe a symphony of maidservants. And it is incorrect to do so. I apologize if your feelings are hurt; but an argument should have integrity. You should not misquote to make a point, since third parties may not know the true origin of a quote and think you are right when you are absolutely incorrect.
I know you want very much to twist sections of the Kitab-i-Aqdas because they do not fit our culture. As I said elsewhere, fear not the words of the Aqdas, they are sacred and true and should not be twisted in their meaning. The evolution of Baha'i takes care of most of the issues in our modern society. The original Sacred Words should be revered as they are.
They remain visionary and are indeed from the Pen of God.
