Firstly, the term "unbeliever" is the one used in the Kitab-i-Aqdas. Secondly, I see no concrete evidence in the Kitab-i-Aqdas to prove that marriage with unbelievers is permitted. Thirdly, lets say, for arguments sake, that according to the Aqdas we are free to marry unbelievers what then of the marriage vows? Said by a non-believer are they not empty and meaningless?
