Abstract Reply from the House of Justice to a request for a reexamination of the assumptions on which its letter to Canada of 5 September 1999 was based.
Notes The 5 September 1999 letter stunned many delegates at the 2000 National Convention. After much thought I decided to write to the World Centre. My letter requesting a reconsideration of the assumptions is appended to this document.
